I stumbled across this beauty on DOMAINE. How cozy does this look? Doesn't it just make you want to skip summer altogether and jump right into winter so you can lounge around here and watch movies all day? Okay, maybe not. But if this room was in my house (ahem, small apartment), I would settle for a rainy day playing hooky from work.

Anyways, this gorgeous room was designed by Kelly Wearstler for the Dreamworks CEO and its FOR SALE. So maybe I can get my hands on it after all...in my dreams. Here's my take on a similar look.

Do: 101 Things To Do This Summer

I've been working on this list for quite some time and sadly, it has a number of things on it that I've been meaning to do since I moved into the city. Procrastinating, feeling broke, and just taking NYC for granted have all played their part. So this summer I'm committing myself  to them and plan to knock them off. Read through and see if you have anything else to add...

1. Bike through Central Park.

2. Spend a weekend on the cape.

3. Go to BROADWAY BITES.

4. Take advantage of the free LOLE OUTDOOR WORKOUTS.

Eat: Burger & Barrel

BURGER & BARREL has been on my list for quite some time, so after a week of craving a delicious, juicy burger I decided to treat my boyfriend to a dinner (while also satisfying my tastebuds). A cute little spot located on West Houston, B&B's sister restaurants are Lure Fishbar and El Toro Blanco (both also on the list), this place did not disappoint.

Make: Avocado Club Pasta Salad

On my quest to cook more I whipped up this simple pasta salad the other night and got some rave reviews from my boyfriend and his friend. Cheese, bacon, avocado - need I go on? Give it a try, in less than 30 minutes you'll have a delicious meal.

It's hard to feel motivated to do anything at all when the weather isn't cooperating. This entire week it has been rainy and cold in NYC. Outdoor workouts (okay, let's be serious, workouts of any kind) have been canceled in favor of nights at home watching movies/TV/the Rangers WINNING a game, etc. Here's to hoping the weather decides to cooperate this weekend so I can get some sun!

I never thought I'd want to live in the Hamptons, but if I had a whopping $19.95 million this might be my place. Billy Joel is selling this 5,550-square-foot, four-bedroom, six-bath home designed by Nate Berkus - yes, the Nate Berkus - and it is to die for. Oceanfront views, pool, and that kitchen...WOW. Now if only I was the Piano Man....

Beach Bag

With a few fun trips to the Cape and North Carolina lined up this summer a well packed beach bag is key. If I don't have my essentials I'll risk looking like an unprepared lobster. Along with my BEACH READS this is what will be in my bag this summer...

The sun beating down, the light roll of waves lulling into a rhythm and the sand between your toes while your mind wanders into another world. What could be better? Reading on the beach is one of my favorite summer activities. I could sit there for hours reading book after book (and probably end up as red as a lobster). This summer I'll be reading a few books on my list while soaking up the rays. Check out some of them below.

BROADWAY BITES is back and just in time for bikini season. Seriously though, why do they time these pop-up markets like this? This pop-up brings together culinary businesses and chefs in Greeley Square Park (intersection of 33rd and Broadway). Red Hook Lobster Pound, Mayhem & Stout, NuNu Beers & Scoops...the list just keeps getting better and better, so needless to say I had to check it out.
